Your career path in the company
Integration : Whatever your position, we give you the means to discover our company, and your profession, on a personalised integration programme. This allows you to meet your main contacts and to progressively learn your role. This programme starts at our head-office and/or in the field and is specific to each position and each person.
Evolution : Texdecor offers genuine possibilities for development to its employees, quickly giving them real responsibilities. If a team-member wishes to change direction, take-on new responsibilities or broaden their role, they can talk to their manager whenever they want. They can also discuss their wishes during their annual one-to-one activity review. Any advancement depends on the requirements of the company and the skills of the employees.
